Srinagar, Feb 23: Joint Director Information Kashmir, Syed Shahnawaz Bukhari, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of senior journalist and Bureau Chief of Kolkata TV, Naseer Ahmad, who passed away on Saturday after a brief illness.
In his condolence message, Bukhari described Naseer Ahmad as a dedicated professional, a man of integrity, and a compassionate human being. He emphasized that his demise has created an irreplaceable void in the journalistic community.
Offering his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family, Bukhari prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and strength for the family to bear this immense loss. He also noted that Naseer’s passing is a personal loss to many in the media fraternity.
